Originally from Winnipeg, Averie has spent the last 5 years as a
professional player in Europe and playing with Team Canada:

- 6 years setting with University of Saskatchewan
- Professional player in Italy, Switzerland, Serbia, and Hungary
- 2022 to 2024 Womens NexGen national team (Captain Summer '23/'24)
- 2025 Senior Womens National team and VNL

CHAD OLFERT

- 2026 Phoenix Volleyball Club 18U Girls Head Coach
- 2025/24 Impact coach
- Extensive Volleyball Canada certifications with specialized training
in setter development and mental performance
